We have been conducting researches to invent Ayurvedic medicines and have succeeded in producing the following medicines. They work very effectively WITHOUT ANY SIDE EFFECTS. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has also recognized them and has certified them as <em>BETTER HEALTH PRODUCTS<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the information of some of our invaluable herbal medicines meant for your better health.<br \/>\n<span id=\"Arogyamritam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>1. AROGYAMRITAM (Powder):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Dosage for Adults:<\/b><br \/>\nPrepare a Decoction in evening. Boil one Teaspoon powder in 100ml. of water reduce to 50ml. Cool and filter. To be taken once empty stomach in morning or as advised by Physician.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAmritam\u201d<\/em> spreads all over the body giving more effects if followed by any physical exercise like Yoga, Jogging, Aerobics, Fitness programs or even brisk walking.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nBesan, brinjal, fish &#038; pickles<\/p>\n<p><b>Indications:<\/b><br \/>\n 1. Urinary disorders including infection, burning<br \/>\n 2. Liver disorders including jaundice<br \/>\n 3. Stomach disorders including gastric trouble, acidity, indigestion, constipation<br \/>\n 4. Diabetes mellitus<br \/>\n 5. Fevers including malaria and after effects of fever<br \/>\n 6. Allergy<br \/>\n 7. Swelling &#038; burning<br \/>\n 8. Body and joint pains<br \/>\n 9. Skin Diseases including rashes, scratches, eczema<br \/>\n10. Dental and oral problems<br \/>\n11. Weakness etc.<\/p>\n<p><b>External use: <\/b><br \/>\nIn skin diseases also apply the same decoction after cleaning the affected areas with warm water twice daily. <\/p>\n<p>For throat infection and dental \/ oral problems, gargling and pulling with Amritam liquid twice a day will help a lot.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAmritam\u201d<\/em> is also useful as general tonic for healthy persons.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n100 gms. \/ 250 gms. \/ 500 gms.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"Manasamritam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>2. MANASAMRITAM (Powder):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Dosage for Adults:<\/b><br \/>\nHalf Tea-spoon powder mixed in little water to be taken at bed time or as advised by Physician.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nBrinjal, fish, pickles and late meals<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b><br \/>\nYogasanas, Pranayaam, Yoga Nidra and Meditation <\/p>\n<p><b>Indications:<\/b><br \/>\nDepression, sleeplessness, stress, loss of memory, fear, negative thoughts and nervous debility. Also improves mental powers including concentration, will power and confidence.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n50 gms. \/ 150 gms. \/ 500 gms.<br \/>\n<span id=\"Shwasanamritam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>3. SHWASANAMRITAM (Powder):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Dosage for Adults:<\/b><br \/>\nHalf Tea-spoon powder to be taken mixed in honey or warm water preferably 30 minutes before meals once a day or as advised by Physician.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nIce-creams, cool-drinks, fried items, banana, fish, meat &#038; pickles<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice: <\/b><br \/>\nYogasanas, Pranayaam, Meditation and Yogic Shatkriyas <\/p>\n<p><b>Indications:<\/b><br \/>\nCough, cold, bronchitis, asthma, breathing allergy and breathing problems. Also to improve the lungs capacity. <\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n50 gms. \/ 150 gms. \/ 500 gms.<br \/>\n<span id=\"Keshamritam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>4. KESHAMRITAM (Powder &#038; Oil):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Instructions for external use only:<\/b><br \/>\nIn evening mix required quantity of powder in little water to make a paste. Next morning apply this paste on hair (roots) fully 20 minutes before head bath. Use 2 \u2013 3 times a week. For best results use Keshamritam oil as regular hair oil daily.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nStrong Masala Food<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b><br \/>\nYogasanas, Pranayaam, Netikriyas and Meditation.<\/p>\n<p><b>Indications:<\/b><br \/>\nPremature hair fall, grey hair, dandruff, stiff dry hair and other hair problems.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n<ggm class=\"sideheader\">Powder:<\/b> 150 gms. \/ 500 gms. \/ 1250 gms.<br \/>\n<ggm class=\"sideheader\">Oil :<\/b> 100 ml. \/ 200 ml.<br \/>\n<span id=\"Udaramritam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>5. UDARAMRITAM (Powder):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Dosage for Adults:<\/b><br \/>\nHalf Tea Spoon Powder to be taken after lunch or dinner. Preferably mixed in fresh butter milk or directly or as advised by the Physician.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nHeavy food, masala food, late meals<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b><br \/>\nYogasanas, Pranayaam, Dhauti Kriya and Meditation<\/p>\n<p><b>Indications:<\/b><br \/>\nIndigestion, constipation, acidity, gastritis, loss of appetite, mild fever, piles, stomach disorders etc.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n50 gms. \/ 150 gms.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"Saundaryamritam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>6. SAUNDARYAMRITAM (Pills):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Dosage:<\/b><br \/>\nOne pill to be chewed well and swallowed with warm water thrice a day after breakfast, lunch and dinner for a minimum period of 3 months or as advised by the Physician.<\/p>\n<p><b>For better results-<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nHigh calory heavy food, excess eating habit, inactivity of body &#038; mind and day time sleep<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b><br \/>\nYogasanas, Pranayaam, Shat Kriyas, Surya Namaskar and Meditation.<\/p>\n<p><b>Indications:<\/b><br \/>\nOver weight-Obesity, problems resulting out of obesity and rheumatism.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b>90 pills.<br \/>\n<span id=\"Dantamritam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>7. DANTAMRITAM (Powder):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Dosage: <\/b><br \/>\nAs required by using good quality tooth brush or right middle finger. To be used twice daily as replacement \/ addition to tooth-paste.<\/p>\n<p><b>For better results :<\/b><br \/>\nGargelling \/ pulling with Arogyamritam decoction prior to brushing the teeth will be of much help.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nHigh masala food<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b><br \/>\nYogasanas, Pranayaam and Shat Kriyas<\/p>\n<p><b>Indications:<\/b><br \/>\nTooth ache, tooth decay, bleeding gums, bad oral odour, pyorrhea, tooth and oral problem.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n50 gms. \/ 150 gms. \/ 500 gms.<br \/>\n<span id=\"AmritTailam\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>8. AMRIT TAILAM (Oil):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Application:<\/b><br \/>\nApply luke warm on the affected area with gentle massage for 12 minutes at bed time or as advised by the Physician. In severe pain, apply twice a day followed by Warm pack.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nPickles, masala food<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b><br \/>\nSimple Yogasanas, Pranayaam, Meditation, Infra red light and Magneto Therapy.<\/p>\n<p><b>Indication: <\/b><br \/>\nBody pains, joint pains, rheumatism, arthritis including frozen shoulders and tennis elbow.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n100 ml. \/ 250 ml.<br \/>\n<span id=\"Chyawanprash\"\/><\/p>\n<h2>9. CHYAWANPRASH (Paste):<\/h2>\n<p><b>Instructions for use:<\/b><br \/>\n1 Teaspoon followed by warm milk morning or at bed time or as advised by the Physician.<\/p>\n<p><b>Avoid:<\/b><br \/>\nPickles, oily foods, late meals<\/p>\n<p><b>Practice:<\/b><br \/>\nYogasanas, Pranayaam, Surya Namaskar and Meditation<\/p>\n<p><b>Indication: <\/b><br \/>\nWeakness, Nervous Debility, Cough-cold, Low tone, Vaat-rakta, Weak heart, Vaataj-Pittaj Diseases and Ageing process.<\/p>\n<p>Note: People suffering from diabetes and overweight should not use.<\/p>\n<p><b>Packing: <\/b><br \/>\n250 gms. \/ 500 gms. \/ 1000 gms.<\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>\nPatients, having different problems, may use the above medicines, whenever required. Generally acute problems are controlled in about 45 days, whereas chronic (old) ones take about three to four months.<\/p>\n<p>The medicines are available at Gandhi Gyan Mandir Yoga Kendra and many other centres.
