29. Yoga Therapy


The world once again has accepted that Yoga practice can also play a big role in treatment of many acute and chronic ailments of body and mind. Now the modern and scientifically advanced countries are doing lot of research in this direction.
Details of Yoga techniques are explained in earlier chapters, whereas all Kriyas and Pranayaam are mentioned in Chapter No. 6 and 18 respectively. Shankh-prakshalan is detailed in Chapter No. 9 and Surya namaskar in Chapter 10.
Our herbal medicines (Refer Chapter No. 28) also act as Catalyst to accelerate the good effects on Yoga practice.
Practice of Micro Yoga (Chapter 7) and Macro Yoga (Chapter 16) always plays a major role in the general maintenance of health as every part of the body gets naeeded exercise.
Regularly concentrating the mind peacefully on effected body parts will help a lot to get optimum results.
